This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content and has no contact form. For audience and loading-time measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights without cookies and without accessing your device (details below). Fonts are served from our own server. A cookie banner is therefore not required (§25 TDDDG applies only where a terminal device is accessed, which does not happen here).

Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page is called up, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO (the German text of the GDPR) — secure operation. The transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 DSGVO); Vercel Inc. is certified as a participant. In addition, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 DSGVO) apply under the data processing agreement with Vercel. Log retention period: 1 day (Vercel Pro plan).
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a service of Vercel Inc. (address above). The script is served from our own domain, sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page requested, the referrer, country, browser, operating system and device type. To distinguish page views within a day, Vercel derives a hash from the request data (including IP address and browser identifier) and discards it after 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored permanently. No data is combined with other websites or with individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO (our interest in measuring how our website is used); the transfer to the USA rests on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 DSGVO) and the data processing agreement with Vercel. In addition we use Vercel Speed Insights, which records loading-time metrics (Core Web Vitals) per page view — likewise without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without linking data to individuals; legal basis and transfer as above. You can object to both by disabling JavaScript in your browser or by using a content blocker.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO for pre-contractual enquiries; otherwise (f)). The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention duties stand in the way (§147 AO, §257 HGB: 6 and 10 years respectively for business letters). Mailboxes are run on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) under a data processing agreement.
No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 DSGVO take place on this website.
Data protection officer
No data protection officer has been appointed (§38 BDSG, the German Federal Data Protection Act: fewer than 20 people are constantly engaged in automated processing). Data protection enquiries to hi@secureskies.de.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). You can object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) at any time, informally, to hi@secureskies.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). The competent authority is the Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg.
